Which comment gets the likes?

Whichever comment link or identifier you provide when ordering — typically your own pinned or top comment.

Will it actually reach the top?

YouTube's default sort favours a mix of recency and likes, so a well-liked comment posted reasonably early tends to rank highly, though placement is not guaranteed against every other comment on the video.

YouTube Under Comment Likes costs ₹46.89 per 1,000 (minimum order 22) and starts within 0-30 minutes. It does not carry a refill window. No account or password is needed — pay once and track delivery from a private link.

This targets a comment, not the video itself — likes added to one specific comment thread so it climbs YouTube's default sort, which ranks by a mix of recency and likes rather than showing comments in posting order. If you have left a pinned comment, answered your own most-asked question, or want a particular reply visible above the rest, this is what moves it up.

It is a narrower, more deliberate tool than video likes: the effect is entirely about which comment a viewer sees first when they open the comment section, not about the video's overall like count. Order sizes here run at up to a hundred thousand a day, priced per thousand.

Delivery starts within about half an hour. There is no refill window and no cancellation once delivery has started. The comment needs to remain posted and visible through to completion; deleting it mid-order ends delivery where it stands.
